BOOKINGS
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure a place at a photography event. Final payment is required no later than 60 days prior to the event start date. Any balance still outstanding after 60 days may result in the place being cancelled and offered to another participant.
It is strongly recommend that you take out your own travel insurance prior to any overseas travel.

CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you are unable to attend an event please advise by e-mail as soon as you can. Depending on the date your cancellation is received, the following charges are applicable:
* 90 days + – 25% of the cost of the event. (You can transfer to an alternative event).
* 60-90 days – 25% of the cost of the event.
* 30-60 days – 50% of the cost of the event.
* 30 days or less – 100% of the cost of the event.
Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will not be refunded, unless another participant can be found to take the place. You would then have the option to transfer to another event.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, Andrew Newey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any photography event advertised on this website. However if you were unable to attend the rescheduled event, then all monies paid would be fully reimbursed.

LIABILITY
Andrew Newey cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event of equipment or possessions being damaged or stolen during a photography event.
